Judith & Russ' Beautiful Country Wedding 2 July 2011

Russ and Judith

Judith and Russ got married on 2 July. It was a beautiful day and their reception was at Judith's parents' farm. The service was at Judith's little local church, it was so beautiful and picturesque. Judith, her family, and friends decorated it with plenty of flowers and made sure it was perfect for the occassion.
Judith wore a beautiful dress with pearl beads embroidered on, a lovely veil, pearls, and a tiara that I created for her.

Everyone at the Farm.

Tiara

Here is a close up photo of the tiara I made for Judith. She wanted something that looked inspired by nature. We chose this twig / tree inspired pattern. It seemed very fitting as Judith is an ecologist and works with and loves all things flora and fauna. It is made with freshwater pearls and silver wire. It suited her perfectly and also matched the dress as it was not too fussy and both were decorated with pearls.

Judith looking beautiful!

Bridesmaids

Judith's two sisters were her lovely bridesmaids in royal blue. They both looked stunning too! I made them bracelets each, earrings, and hair grips all following the royal blue theme.

Here are close up photos of the bridesmaids' jewellery. I just tried to go for something dainty and simple but elegant and special at the same time. They are made with lapis lazuli, crystals, and sterling silver.

These are the first hair grips I have sold. I am really pleased with them. I was following the same theme as Judith's tiara and tried to make them look like little bouquets of flower, vine, and twig shapes. I used freshwater pearls, crystal bicones and rondells, and silver wire.

All in all both Judith and Russ had a lovely day and are very happy.

Congratulations Mr and Mrs Giles!

I wish you every happiness for the future.
